Assistant Manager, Customer Communications & Engagement (DIY Initiative)

This role will partner with Operations to align the communication strategies for channel engagement in promoting DIY services by providing support, knowledge and toolkits of these services to channels. This role will focus on designing seamless training and incentive programs to equip and motivate channels to further promote DIY offerings to their customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Channel engagement: Partner with Operations to work with channels to align on DIY service promotion strategies and goals.

  • Training and support: Partner with Operations to provide training and tools (e.g. RM meetings, PRUNews) to channels to ensure they are well-equipped to promote DIY services.

  • Customer-facing content: Develop toolkits that channels can use to facilitate their clients to DIY and communicate the benefits to them.

  • Incentive programs: Create and manage incentive programs to motivate channels to drive DIY service adoption.

  • Channel feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from channels to identify challenges and opportunities for improving DIY service promotion.

  • Collaboration and coordination: Facilitate regular meetings and communication with channels to ensure consistent messaging and strategy execution.

  • Performance tracking: Monitor and report on channel performance and DIY service adoption rates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications / Marketing/ Business or related disciplines

  • 5+ years of working experience in channel engagement, communications, marketing campaign/ incentive program management (preferably in financial services institution)

  • Strong understanding of channel engagement and marketing channels and tools

  • Excellent in content development and communications

  • Proven ability in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools

  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
