[What the role is]

The MAS Tax Schemes Portal is an online platform for the administration of tax schemes for the financial sector.

Your role is to help support the planning and development of the MAS Tax Schemes Portal. The main responsibilities include:

- Project Planning and Coordination
- Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management
- Documentation and Compliance
- Training and User Support
- Business Analysis and Solution Delivery

[What you will be working on]

Project Planning and Coordination

  • Plan and schedule project timelines, tasks, and deliverables

  • Support the project team in tracking progress and meeting deadlines

  • Take meeting minutes and ensure timely circulation and follow-up on action items

  • Work with team members and other departments to ensure efficient product delivery

Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management

  • Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for system changes

  • Drive change management strategies and coordinate communication and training efforts

  • Assist in analysing stakeholder needs and identifying improvement opportunities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions

Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain and organise project documentation, including plans and business requirements

  • Prepare status reports and presentations for management

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support compliance and operational consistency

  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions, resolutions, and project documentation

Training and User Support

  • Develop and maintain training resources and FAQs for users

  • Respond to queries from users via email and calls

Business Analysis and Solution Delivery

  • Participate in business requirements elicitation and documentation

  • Support the design and implementation of process or system enhancements

  • Support user acceptance testing and validation activities

[What we are looking for]

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in change management, particularly in implementing new systems and/or engaging with customers

  • Hands-on experience across the full project development life cycle

  • Proven track record in business analysis, application solutioning, and design

  • Strong analytical skills, including qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving ability

  • Strong listening skills and empathy

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, Business Process Reengineering, CRM, ERP, Data Analytics, Digital and Mobile Technologies, or Knowledge Management

  • Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes

  • Experience with design thinking and workshop facilitation
