Job Scope
Remote Management Center (RMC) provides PC Lifecycle services to HP IT and to commercial customer accounts.
Oversee and manage the customer’s fleet, including asset tracking.
Responsible for E2E service delivery request management for replenishments and returns management via appropriate tools.
Coordinate with the customer for day-to-day operational fleet activities in France - device collection, monitor and track service request and required coordination with service delivery partners.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline service delivery processes.
Operational alignment from Fleet Manager to ensure smooth delivery of fleet services.
Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and improve fleet performance and operational standards.
Job Responsibilities
Operationally aligned to the Fleet lead for an account and reporting to Lead Ops Admin. There are three functions within RMC:
Ops management:
Monitoring queues for ticket, taking ownership of various types of tickets – Service requests, Incident tickets, Business control tickets and managing until ticket closure
Swivel information between various service management systems,
Email support, user escalation management and follow-up.
End to end case management: understand the process and work with the Service delivery managers and other stakeholders in HP to maintain agreed SLAs are met
Asset & Inventory management:
Working with Fleet Analyst/manager to ensure that asset information is kept updated
Process asset update files received from our partners to update asset records
Perform periodic asset reconciliation activities as advised by the stock managers
Work on asset disposition activities and coordinate activities such as pc collection, update tracking and follow-up
Asset management updates
Order management:
Place procurement orders and follow up on the order management activities like updating the order status, sending pre-delivery notifications, post-delivery reconciliation activities to capitalize assets as needed.
Work with the order management analyst to ensure all the activities for order management is tracked and reported accurately
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor or Master degree
4+ years relevant experience in similar role delivering services to commercial customers
General knowledge of IT hardware, enterprise software licenses, and asset management software.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Requires the ability to analyze systems to develop and revise standards and procedures.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Knowledge of PC Services with good understanding of PC lifecycle and Order management is desired
Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access.
Analytical thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills will be a big plus
Ability to interact effectively through good communication and presentation skills with attention to detail accuracy
Self-Starter, who can work in a matrix environment with Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
Experience in handling Global customers with diverse stakeholders
Should be able to communicate effectively (verbal & written) in English
Personal skills and qualifications:
Eye to detail, be good at problem-solving as well as possess outstanding interpersonal skills
Be a team player and leader to analyze information, solve problems and provide guidance to the fleet admins
