PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Asset Management Regulatory Associate (m/f/d). What if it was you?
Your mission: Recognising that today’s environment imposes on market participants new and exceedingly complicated regulatory requirements, PwC Luxembourg has pooled experts into the Regulator Risk and Compliance (RRC) department dedicated to provide services helping its clients to meet these requirements. The RRC team is able to provide timely, cost effective and practical assistance to clients facing regulatory compliance issues. As a Junior, you will provide our fund clients with a wide range of regulatory and compliance services and administration support.
Be a part of our team where you will:
Assist in setting up new fund structures, from drafting to filing with supervisory authorities;
Navigate complex regulations such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), AIFMD 2 (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive), and others;
Assist asset management players in obtaining authorization and ensuring compliance with these regulations;
Monitor and draft regulatory reports such as Key Information Documents and ESG-related documents;
Handle ad hoc incorporation and registration formalities;
Coordinate with tax specialists, fund service providers, and notaries;
Support restructuring processes (liquidation, merger, contribution in kind, etc.).

A degree in financial services, law, economics, or related areas;
Fluency in English and ideally in French (both oral and written):
A keen interest in developing practical knowledge of financial services regulations within Luxembourg and other jurisdictions;
Excellent communication skills;
Proficiency in IT, including the use of a Document Management System and Generative AI;
