About this Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the Leadership Assessment Service at Lloyds Banking Group, a key tool in enabling the transformation journey of Lloyds Banking Group and that will contribute to building a strong and purpose-led pipeline of leaders who can drive the organisation towards our goals.

Key accountabilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Leadership Assessment Services across the Bank, and in line with agreed SLAs, e.g., time from request to completion of assessment, calibration of assessment insights, communication of calibrated assessment insights to key stakeholders including but not limited to Hiring Managers, Line Managers, People & Places (P&P) colleagues.

  • Act as the first point of contact and co-ordination for all Leadership Assessment Services, specifically related to Recruitment, Selection & Development requests. This includes engagement with candidates and hiring/line managers, scheduling of related appointments, knowledge and data management related to the assessments, and measurement of frequency and quality of assessments across the organisation.

  • Ensure smooth interfaces among assessment team and external customers, including suppliers.

  • Ensure smooth interfaces among internal stakeholders, including wider Talent Management & Acquisition team (TM&A), P&P, Business Support Teams, other P&P Centre of Excellences, Data Privacy/Risk colleagues, data analytics, and People Platform teams.

  • Data management and processing of assessment data in line with Group’s Regulatory, Data and Risk Management frameworks.

What you'll need

  • Excellent organisation skills.

  • Project Management experience; Microsoft Suite proficiency (particularly using Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Data processing and analytics including Power BI.

  • Strong networking and stakeholder management, including communications and reporting skills.

  • Knowledge of assessment methodology or curiosity and willingness to learn.
