Working hours: 7am to 3.30pm - Monday to Friday
Work at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Assembly Operative, shaping vital products in a top-tier manufacturing setting.
Assemble and pack various kits strictly following the production plan.
Perform in-line quality checks during the assembly process to ensure the output meets our high standards.
Complete all relevant documentation in compliance with cGMP and our Quality System.
Maintain a clean work area, adhering to 5S requirements and Health and Safety procedures.
Collect and store products in cold storage as needed.
Conduct effective clean down of areas after each manufacturing run (line clearance).
Identify and promptly report any issues with components, equipment, processes, or documentation to the management team.
Suggest and implement process improvements in collaboration with the area management, applying Continuous Improvement techniques.
Use our document control system to locate and print necessary documents.
Preferred experience in assembly, production line, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments.
Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Flexibility to adapt to the department's needs.
Demonstrated ability to provide training and share knowledge with team members.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to documented procedures.
Capability to plan workload with support from a supervisor.
Ability to identify problems and suggest practical solutions.
Previous experience in hand assembly required
