A little bit about our team:
We are a busy, fast paced and exciting team that deal with UK ticketing, events, UK and international promo trips, award shows, artist gifts plus lots more! In this role you will report into the Senior Director who reports into the VP. You will support the Senior Director and VP with admin, ticketing, events and promo (both UK and international).
Your role:
You will be responsible for organising and circulating ticket requests for artist shows, tours and festival appearances to the relevant labels and central departments, with end to end management of all associated admin. Alongside this you will support the VP and Senior Director with their projects, and provide ad hoc assistance for events, promo and awards shows for the wider team. We work across a wide range of artists, projects and with teams throughout the business.
Here you’ll get to:
You will circulate gigs and tour dates, coordinate and distribute tickets, liaise with promoters and Warner Music staff at all levels from senior management to interns. Raise purchase orders, set up new suppliers, process invoices and organise tickets and passes for staff and contacts. You will also be required to attend shows when needed.
You will assist the VP and Senior Director with internal and external artist and staff events (including award shows); during the preparation for, and on the day of, as required. This will include researching venues and suppliers, running guestlists, processing invoices and raising POs, acting as a runner and more.
You will also help them with artist promotional activities; booking cars, bikes, covering virtual promo with artists and media.
You will take initiative within the office, keeping on top of general office and admin duties such as stationery orders, keeping the store cupboard and stationery cupboards organised, distributing post.
You will take a proactive approach, offering help to wider team members when practical to do so.
You will run the team social media accounts, ensuring you stay on top of posting content from events, promo, awards in a timely manner, and take initiative in reposting our artist’s announcements, releases and any company events.
About you:
You are extremely organised, with good coordination and prioritisation skills, detail-oriented with excellent accuracy.
You are an excellent communicator, as this role involves communication with staff from all levels of the business and artist teams.
You are capable of working well under pressure, and a proactive person who uses initiative.
You are enthusiastic about the role and a collaborative team player, with the ability to form positive working relationships with colleagues.
You are passionate about music and events, and willing to attend shows and events and cover promo, working outside office hours (including weekends) when required.
You will be computer literate, used to both Mac and PC operating systems and MS Office and Google Suite as well as social media savvy.
You are prepared to learn new apps and skills relevant to developing Artist Relations, Events and International Promotions.
We’d love it if you also had:
Previous experience in a fast paced admin role.
Previous experience in assisting with events or artists.
Basic design and video editing skills.
Previous experience using Airtable.
