Job Description:

Proactive prospecting, identification of new customers, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead qualification to deal closing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries within the assigned territory.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking activities to increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Home & Personal Care sector (packaging or processing).
  • Strong interest and/or background in packaging machinery sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is appreciated.
  • Availability to travel more than 50% of the time across the UK & Ireland, with occasional trips to headquarters in Italy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license for customer visits.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Native English speaker; Italian is a plus.
