Key Responsibilities
identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions
coordinating and executing the sales activities according to defined sales goals and KPIs following the sales strategy and given standards
identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions & additional services
Account-, Activity- & Pipeline reporting via C4C by given standards
Cooperate with Distribution partners and customers on promotions, solutions
Training for our products (basics) with distributors
working to monthly / quarterly sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Manager
Additional Responsibilities
regular reporting of results
Defined reporting activities via C4C including Sales, budget nd forecast planning
Close cooperation with CIC and Logistics for customer service topics
Interactions (internal & external)
Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, Customer service
Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies
Work Experience and Education
at least secondary school degree (higher education is an advantage)
7 to 10 years of B2B Field Sales experience
Specific Knowledge
up to date market knowledge
understanding merchandizing processes
understanding sales tools & practices
Specific Competencies
excellent verbal communication skills
self-motivated and organized individual
ability to build relationship with key contacts
entrepreneurial-minded
