Partner and Business Strategy Execution
Drives area business performance through effective partner collaboration, operational excellence, and the execution of strategies and programs anchored on customer insights
Business Insights and Opportunity Identification
Analyzes retailer and sales performance metrics to uncover customer and channel opportunities, enabling targeted strategies and market growth
Partner Engagement and Market Execution
Leads partner and stakeholder engagement, ensures effective implementation of sales and trade programs, and drives channel execution to expand market visibility and achieve business targets
People Leadership and Development
Leads and develops the team by setting clear expectations, driving performance, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering engagement to build a strong and high-performing talent pool
