We are seeking a part-time intern to assist with the Archiving Services for electronic and paper Clinical Trial related patient samples and records in compliance with CAP, CLIA, and GCP regulations to meet the business needs of our proprietary Sponsors.

Location: Onsite and Office based Biopharma Laboratory in Memphis, Tennessee

What You’ll Do

  • Review executed Laboratory Batch Records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and internal procedures. Coordinate with BioPharma Laboratory Technicians for any corrections immediately.
  • Scan and upload all executed Clinical Laboratory documentation includes but not limited to Batch Records and Cleaning/Maintenance Forms onto a local shared drive.
  • Organize and file all executed Clinical Laboratory documentation (i.e. Batch Records, Validations, and Cleaning/Maintenance Forms) in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Archivist Documentation and Sample Libraries, which may include a document and/or patient sample check-in, removal, and return to an onsite designated file cabinet Storage location as well as system transactions in our internal Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Legible handwriting is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a Quality commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Good working knowledge with office equipment (copiers/scanners), computer programs, especially Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
