Le candidat privilégié a) sera titulaire d'un diplôme d'études supérieures (de préférence un doctorat) en didactique des langues secondes ou dans un domaine connexe ; b) possède un solide profil d'enseignement et de recherche lié au domaine de l'apprentissage et l'enseignement des langues secondes ; c) possède une expertise et de l'expérience en matière de développement de curriculum dans le contexte des langues secondes ; d) fait preuve d'efficacité dans l'enseignement au niveau universitaire, comme en témoignent des évaluations récentes de cours ou l'équivalent. Une expérience dans la formation de (futurs) enseignants de langue seconde sera un atout.
