Job Title: Analytics Senior Analyst AVP

Location: Jaipur, India

Role Description

You will be joining the Data & Analytics team as part of the Global Procurement division.

The team’s purpose is:

  • Deliver trusted third-party data and insights to unlock commercial value and identify risk
  • Develop and execute the Global Procurement Data Strategy
  • Deliver the golden source of Global Procurement data, analysis and insights via dbPi, our Tableau self-service platform
  • Provide data and analytical support to Global Procurement prioritised change initiatives

The team leverages several tools and innovative techniques to create value added insights for stakeholders across end-to-end Procurement processes including, but not limited to, third party Risk, Contracting, Spend, Performance Management, etc. 

In this role, you will support Reporting workstream lead in TPC KD program in conducting various key activities like reporting requirement gathering from stakeholders, feasibility assessment, prioritization, development, testing and delivery for various releases of the tool. Also, you will be responsible to support other areas within D&A team’s wider portfolio.

Your key responsibilities

  • You engage with stakeholders as part of TPC program to gather reporting business requirements and take complete ownership end to end to deliver them in dbContractsPro.
  • You will own design of dbContractsPro dashboard and analytics reporting to be utilised by platform users and user groups. You will also focus on designing regulatory compliance reporting key performance, risk, and control indicators to facilitate various governance forums.
  • You will collaborate with SI/CIO partners to ensure requirements are delivered accurately following the timelines & priorities.
  • You own the data model in google cloud by ingesting contracts data to create operational view for consumption and to be able to link this data with other GP data sources within cloud environment.
  • You develop a sound understanding of the various tools and entire suite of analytical offerings on the standard procurement insights platform called dbPi.
  • You take end to end responsibility to develop new analytical products/dashboards ranging from requirement gathering, feasibility & impact analysis, development, testing and engaging with stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for talents with a degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Sciences from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) to develop analytical solutions for our stakeholders to support strategic decision making. Any professional certification in Advanced Analytics, Data Visualisation and Data Science related domain is a plus.

  • Creative thinker, problem solver driven by intellectual curiosity to understand the challenges and opportunities.
  • You have the aptitude to understand stakeholder’s requirements, gather data from relevant sources, perform analysis and interpret the results in a user-friendly manner such as visually in Tableau
  • You display enthusiasm to work in data analytics domain and for continuous learning and improvement of your skills.
  • A champion of using technology to solve problems and drive outcomes, as well as business acumen to understand content and client outcomes. 
  • Excellent communicator and team-player, engaging at every level of the business.
  • Familiarity with complex large organizations, managing suboptimal data or processes and crafting a satisfactory outcome.
  • Knowledge of Statistics and mathematics beneficial.
  • Skills to complete projects on time and to the company’s high standards.
  • You demonstrate an understanding of different analytical tools like Tableau, Databases, Alteryx, MS Excel to work with large datasets and derive insights for decision making.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills are essential. Experience of big datasets welcome.   
  • Experience with dashboard development and data visualisation tools. Tableau, PowerBi, SQL big query.
  • Experience with modern data clouds, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, and varying data schemas.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with Sirion or similar contract lifecycle management software beneficial.
