Analytics Enablement and Insights Lead

What you will do

In this pivotal role, you will lead the best practices along with development and deployment of advanced analytics and visualization solutions that empower the North America Supply Chain organization to make data-driven decisions. This critical role will drive unification and simplification of analytics across the region through establishing best practices, councils and facilitating / mentoring data analysts in the region. You will drive transparency, automate manual processes, and deliver actionable business insights, directly impacting long-term strategy, business predictability, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will shape a team that supports Clarios’ digital transformation and supply chain excellence

How you will do it

  • Lead a smaller team of data analysts and visualization specialists to deliver high-impact analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Extract, clean, and process datasets from diverse sources (Azure, Data Lakes, SQL Server, Excel).
  • Partner with our Global Analytics resource to implement changes to our semantic layer
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and decision support tools using Power BI and Palantir / Aera along with your team
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop repeatable analytics pipelines and actionable analysis.
  • Work with leader to form best practices and templates for data visualization and decision intelligence and implement these across the US / Canada’s region
  • Engage with the product manager and end-users to improve tool adoption and usability, making complex data accessible.
  • Provide thought leadership / enablement to the visualization and insights team and broader US Canada’s organization data community
  • Own relationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize data and insights to make meaningful analytics products
  • Document and communicate technical processes and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with our global analytics team to develop/ deploy and change data products
  • Potential travel up to 10%

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years + of relevant analytics experience, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, M), SQL, and data warehouse methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Practical knowledge of data architecture (Snowflake, Azure DB, etc.)
  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and storytelling.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and challenge the status quo
  • Experience working with data scientists and analysts

Preferred

  • Familiarity with decision intelligence tools (e.g., Palantir, Aera).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and big data tools (Spark, Databricks).
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Airflow, Docker).
  • Master’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
  • Experience contributing to agile backlogs, user stories, and sprint delivery.
