Summary:
Join a leading financial services firm as an entry-level Business Support Analyst in our front office Sales & Trading and Treasury team. This role provides operational support, onboarding coordination, and KPI reporting for front office Sales & Trading, Treasury staffs including expats from our Head Office (Japan). Ideal for candidates seeking exposure to dynamic global markets and complex financial operations, and global & cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales, Trading, and Treasury staffs onboarding by collaborating IT and facilities (desk set up, Bloomberg terminal, market data access, shared drive permissions, etc.).
  • Maintain business unit specific HR information, delegation of authority forms, and cross-entity assignments and liaise with legal and compliance team
  • Produce predefined desk KPI reports periodically
  • Track and process staff expenses and vendor invoices by working with Finance and Account Payable
  • Help to arrange & facilitate mid-large sized meetings in person / remote
  • Coordinate with IT, HR, Compliance, Finance and other internal teams for ad hoc inquiry from Sales & Trading and Treasury team and Head office
  • Provide bilingual Japanese-English communication support, including document translation and meeting assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate troubleshooting and meticulous follow-up with stakeholders
  • Strong desktop work skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Copilot
  • Mutli-tasking, self-disciplined step by step task management / execution skills 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, or treasury operations.
  • Prior internship or experience in financial services (Global Bank / Sales & Trading / Broker-Dealer) is a plus (but not mandatory)

The typical base pay range for this role is between $69K - $100K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
