We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. This high-visibility role mirrors the pace, complexity, and analytical rigor of top-tier investment banking and financial institution analyst programs. You will work directly with senior leadership to source, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives spanning investments, partnerships, and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, has an exceptional analytical toolkit, and brings a proactive approach to managing priorities, relationships, and deadlines.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Conduct industry, company, and market research to support strategic initiatives, partnerships, and investments.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple assigned functional projects simultaneously; manage workstreams and deliverables, while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
  • Support senior leadership in relationship management, including follow-ups, meeting preparation, and ongoing communications.
  • Support the preparation of polished presentations, briefing materials, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead communications and relationships to support business development.
  • Assist in the evaluation of new opportunities, including financial modeling, market sizing, and competitive analysis.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights needed for decision-making.
  • Take ownership of projects and develop structured approaches to finding solutions.
  • Anticipate challenges, propose practical solutions, and proactively escalate issues with thoughtful recommendations.
  • Attend select industry conferences, networking events, and meetings to support relationship building, market intelligence gathering, and identification of emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain databases of key contacts, pipeline opportunities, and research archives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic track record
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in management consulting, banking, corporate strategy or related fields
  • Curiosity about Finance, Economics, or Business, particularly the insurance industry and adjacent markets
  • Comfort with diving into new topics, learning quickly, and synthesizing insights without relying on pre-defined playbooks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with CRM systems and research databases a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail; ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and communication abilities with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Personal drive and determination; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $160,000/year in our highest geographic market plus bonus.  Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
