Sales Strategy & Operations is a pivotal function at Salesforce, driving us toward profitable growth at scale. We collaborate closely with senior leaders, serving as trusted advisors who influence strategic business priorities, develop long-term GTM strategies, and implement effective operational processes, systems, and tools. We champion cross-functional transformational projects and lead change management initiatives, ensuring seamless business scaling across regions, segments, and clouds.

Now, we are seeking a motivated Sales Strategy Analyst to join the UKI Clouds (Marketing, Commerce, Slack, Revenue Cloud, Service, Tableau) Sales Strategy team. As part of a diverse analyst talent community in the UKI Clouds Sales Strategy Team, you'll delve into data, crafting insightful analyses and building robust reporting tools/assets that illuminate business performance. This role offers significant visibility to senior leaders across UK and Ireland, empowering you to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive the success of sales and cross-functional leadership.
 

Your Responsibilities & Impact

  • Strategy & Execution Partner:
    Support business partners and sales leaders across the UKI Clouds businesses (Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Slack, Tableau, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud). Drive day-to-day execution including forecasting, pipeline analysis, AE productivity tracking, and business reviews.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    Develop dashboards and tools that uncover performance trends and new opportunities. Conduct ongoing analysis of business performance to support operational decisions and identify growth levers.
  • Leadership Support:
    Partner directly with senior UKI leadership, contributing to the operating rhythm, quarterly reviews, and strategic projects. Provide analytical support and recommendations that influence leadership decisions.
  • Strategic Decision-Making:
    Prepare data-driven insights, analysis, and presentations that guide business strategy. Support or lead ad-hoc initiatives that have high visibility and impact across the UKI Clouds organisation.
  • Go-to-Market Execution:
    Assist in defining and operationalising go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, capacity modelling, and coverage design. Ensure execution excellence across planning and performance cycles.
  • Process Optimisation:
    Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes. Implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and data quality across reporting and analytics.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, or strategy — ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL (experience with Snowflake is a strong plus).
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or CRM Analytics.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Slides/PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex data for senior audiences.
  • Strong ownership mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, entrepreneurial energy, and comfort in a high-paced environment.
  • Can work from our London office at least 3 days per week.
