Function Description

As an Analyst in the Pay-per-Hour (PPH) India team, you will be responsible to execute tasks and perform data analysis in support of engine maintenance agreements. Your role will entail understanding and performing a wide array of deliverables required to support the contract management of PPH contracts. Working closely with the customer service representatives, finance account managers and MRO specialists, you will act a subject matter expert on financial and operational data related to PPH contracts. You will be expected to provide recommendations for process improvements and enable digital transformation initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Review different types of shop invoices for engine maintenance services included in our maintenance plan, ensuring the information is correct and aligned with contract requirements.
  • Create Sales Orders using engine utilization data to support the Finance team in revenue activities.
  • Update and maintain data across various internal systems and help prepare reports related to engine maintenance.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support digital initiatives by sharing ideas and helping streamline workflows.
  • Work closely with teams such as Business, Customer Management, Digital, Finance, and Cost Analysis to complete tasks smoothly and respond to contract data questions.
  • Assist with digital transformation efforts by using basic Power BI and SQL skills to improve data analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 0–3 years of experience.
  • Experience in Aviation, MRO, or Operations is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge or prior exposure to SAP SD, SAP CRM, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision.
