The Analyst, Marketing (Digital Media Performance) manages and optimizes paid digital media campaigns, collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyzes performance data, and presents insights to leadership. Position works hybrid based in San Juan, PR.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, affiliates, and display.
- Partner with Content Marketing and Creative Team to A/B test messaging and creative.
- Collaborate with Analytics Team in the creation of dashboards and reports to track campaign ROI, CPA, and funnel conversion rates.
- Support development of attribution models and provide insights for channel mix optimization.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and recommend bid/budget adjustments based on performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Technology Team to ensure clean tagging, UTMs, and automation setup.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to leadership.
- Stay up to date with digital trends.
- Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field required.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms required. Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI is highly desirable. Experience running A/B and multivariate tests preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM tools is a plus.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other business applications required.
- Fully bilingual - Spanish and English (verbal and written) required.
