What You’ll Be Doing   

As the Tech at Lilly Analyst – Tech at Lilly (MQ IAPI), you will lead production technology support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving opportunities in full-stack development.
  • Owning deviation investigations to identify and resolve issues.
  • Leading proposed modifications and enhancements within applications such as Tulip to optimize technology performance.

In addition, you will:

  • Oversee major technology project deployments across the site, ensuring projects remain on schedule, risks are proactively mitigated, and stakeholder communication is clear and timely.
  • Present proposals and secure buy-in from site leadership (Flow, Lead Team, Deviation/Change Review Board, etc.).

This role demands strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

How You’ll Succeed: 

  • Program Management: Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Drive the technical agenda, liaise between global/local tech teams and the site, and be a member of cross-functional teams that run the plant.
  • Drive to Paperless Mfg: Acceleration and completion of Tulip deployment at the site. Develop and implement an appropriate Life Cycle Management agenda with appropriate 24x7x365 support.
  • Create and Manage Strong Relationships: Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the delivery and sustainability of Tech at Lilly solutions and digital manufacturing capabilities to make medicine, with safety first and quality always. 
  • Ruthless Prioritization: Drive the site adoption of assigned solutions, ensuring alignment with Site and Tech at Lilly strategy, and leveraging awareness of internal and external trends in partnership with the Business SMEs. 

What You Should Bring: 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, cross-functional and within layers of leadership. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, manage trade-offs, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to operate under pressure. 
  • Experience managing technology deployments, particularly in the pharma industry. 
  • Familiarity with MQ technologies, especially SAP, OneQMS, Tulip, Station Manager, TrackWise, and the appropriate System Validation documentation.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 3+ years of IT experience working with Manufacturing.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$64,500 - $151,800

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
