Job Summary

    Analyst II, Sales Compensation is a key figure in crafting and implementing process improvements to commission files and processes. This role performs system reconciliations and validates reports to verify the accuracy and completeness of sales data before totaling commission calculations. The Analyst II is responsible for reviewing data entries and calculations with attention to detail.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Prepare monthly accruals and process monthly commissions, sales incentives, and quarterly bonuses for accounting teams.
    • Review data entries, calculations, and outputs to identify discrepancies, and process revisions.
    • Identify and inform potential process streamlines to leadership for improved business results.
    • Partner with internal customers to deliver department commission processes to the Commissions Team.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 6-9 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in commissions and Sales compensation required
      • Systems implementation experience is a plus
      • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
      • Experience with commission system software

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $66,500 - $79,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
