Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop data analysis methods pertaining to, but not limited to labor requirements, workforce metrics, production rates, volume trends, etc.
  • Design and/or maintain reports, analysis, or graphs that accurately represent the data to the requestor in a usable format
  • Maintain and act as a system administrator for databases under our purview
  • Document and maintain procedures for the use of developed reports and processes
  • Participate in projects and testing ranging from internal use to Operation’s wide usage such as the new Kronos WFM implementation, departmental planning tools, etc.
  • Establish, review, and able to maintain timelines as needed
  • Communicate status updates to a wide range of audience ranging from supervisors to executive staff
  • Backup other Operational team member duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Due to the nature and sensitivity of our work, confidentiality is required
  • Strong mathematical background preferred
  • Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access desired
  • Experience in SQL and querying preferred, but not required
  • Ability to effectively function as a team member and work independently to meet objectives.
  • Deadline oriented and ability to work under stressful situations
  • Ability to find solutions to challenging problems
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing job responsibilities
  • Effective problem solving skills with a high level attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong decision-making skills
