This position will be responsible for supporting post-launch reporting and resource management to enhance DaVita Clinical Implementation capabilities. 

In an integrated care environment, we aim to deliver high-impact clinical programs that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This teammate will be a data-driven contributor and resource organizer, helping to track initiative performance and maintain the clinical library that supports field execution. This position blends analytical rigor with operational support. 

Core activities include: building and maintaining recurring reports that track initiative adoption, enrollment, and training completion; developing dashboards and visuals that support initiative evaluation and executive decision-making; partnering with initiative leads and reporting teams to define success metrics; maintaining and organizing the clinical library of tools, templates, and training materials; and supporting content development for leadership updates and communications. The analyst will also collaborate across teams to ensure resources are aligned with initiative goals and continuously improved based on feedback. 

The analyst should demonstrate a proven ability to organize complex information, translate data into meaningful insights, and manage shared resources that enable successful initiative adoption. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain recurring reports that track initiative adoption, enrollment, and training completion 

  • Partner with initiative leads and reporting teams to define success metrics and ensure consistent measurement 

  • Develop dashboards and visualizations for initiative evaluation and executive decision-making 

  • Translate data into clear summaries and insights for clinical and operational stakeholders 

  • Maintain and evolve the clinical library of tools, templates, and training materials to support initiative deployment 

  • Organize and update resources to ensure usability, relevance, and alignment with initiative goals 

  • Collaborate with education, operations, and product teams to curate and improve clinical resources 

  • Support the creation of data-driven visuals and communications for leadership updates 

  • Participate in deployment planning and post-launch evaluations to ensure reporting and resources meet field needs 

  • Other duties as assigned 

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 

  • 1–2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, healthcare operations, or content management (internships or project experience welcome) or Master’s degree in related field 

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication skills, especially in translating data into insights 

  • Experience managing shared resources or content libraries a plus 

  • Comfortable supporting recurring reporting and executive visibility

The Salary Range for the role is $56,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
