Analyst, C&C Technology Operations

What is the opportunity?

The C&C Technology Operations Analyst role is primary responsible for analyzing internal and external digital content and documentation to ensure that it is centralized, up to date, and to the standard of RBC Clearing & Custody.

This role will ensure firm facing published content and documentation is clear to their firm, advisor, and client needs. The role participates in the analysis and publishing of digital content, while executing on the strategic plan for forms management and content publishing. This individual also contributes to additional project work to execute on the RBC Clearing & Custody technology roadmap and assists with Technology Onboarding.

What will you do?

• Content and Forms Management/Publishing– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure firm/client facing forms are compliant and up to date. Analyze and publish digital content for RBC Nexus

• Technology Onboarding – Assist with coordination of technology onboarding for new business
• TechOps Initiatives – Coordinates on Technology Operations Initiatives
• Relationship & Communication Management: Provide transparency and enable collaboration between internal teams, clients, prospective firms, and within the fintech industry.
• Subject Matter Expert - Serve as a Clearing & Custody subject matter expert for our clients and internal partners. Ability to navigate the RBC organization and best practices

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a concentration in a business or a technology related discipline.
• Experience in financial services industry, preferably within clearing and custody.
• Experience working with a Salesforce based platform

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally, writing and presenting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to take initiative, function independently, and work in a team.
• Ability to develop and analyze alternative solutions and make recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring that goals are met.
• Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills.

Nice-to-have

Series 7 or 99 FINRA license

The expected salary range for this particular position is $65,000-$115,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
