⢠Expertise in Customer Journey mapping
⢠Expertise in Feedback Management methodology
⢠Digital and Artificial Intelligence awareness (chatbot, web platform, ā¦)
⢠Ability to build and follow Customer Experience Dashboard
⢠Strong knowledge of Customer Care supporting processes
