We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Team Operations Coordinator to play a central role in keeping our projects and team running smoothly.
This position goes beyond administrative support: you’ll be a key partner to the team, ensuring priorities are clear, resources are aligned, and execution is efficient.
The job comes with a 1 year and a half CDD as a part of the Transversal Team of Airbus UpNext, is based in Toulouse (Saint Martin), starting ASAP.

Responsibilities:
The focus will mainly be oriented towards the Airbus UpNext Transversal activities but will also involve the different Airbus UpNext demonstrators in France and Germany.
You will become a trusted source of support to the whole Airbus UpNext community and you will be supporting the team members on different topics:
Managing team logistics (freight, office supply, order deliveries etc.)
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Supporting on Communication, Events and HR topics
Supporting the teams in the creation of Purchase Orders and the administration of invoices, including the dedicated invoicing email address
In charge of Control security (accesses, on-Site subcontracting declaration…)
Facilitating team access to appropriate means (IT mailing lists, users…)
Maintaining appropriate databases and records
Keeping up a well-being prone office space
Leading or co-leading the organisation of team activities, and events throughout the year for the whole of UpNext

Skills in G Suite / MS Office
Having previous experience and knowledge of Airbus and its tools (Click and buy…) and processes is a plus

Enjoying working in an international, diverse and geographically located team
Sharing the values of transparency, courage, humility, empathy.
Eager to step out of the comfort zone.
Negotiation level in English is required, French or German is a plus
Willingness to have fun.
