Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a KAM for our Air Conditioner Division based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Key Job Responsabilities

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and following up on current portfolio clients, locally.
  • In charge of the sales cycle: finding and developing new opportunities and improving sales, preparing proposals, closing deals, contract issuing, credit approval, and billing follow-up.
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve commercial goals.
  • Provide maintenance to the portfolio's key accounts.
  • Identify and research potential customers.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure execution of contracts as agreed.
  • Gather helpful information from customer and competitor data.
  • Prepare monthly presentations regarding sales numbers and strategies implemented.
  • Prospect new SAC business by advertising, cold calling, networking, or other methods of producing interest from potential clients 
  • Design persuasive approaches and vertical proposals to convert potential clients into business customers. 
  • Present new solutions to clients, to develop and maintain existing accounts
  • Work together with marketing, technical staff, and mid and senior level sales to develop business for the organization.
  • Interface with different divisions to leverage BIO opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical with equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in SAC sales, mandatory.
  • Excel usage and data analysis proficiency.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Other programs proficiency such as Salesforce, DVM Pro, AutoCAD, SAP.
  • Previous technical experience installing and repairing A/C systems, and cooling cycle, desired.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Traveling to Caribbean islands required.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and high-demand delivery expectations.
