Work with business, product, and engineering teams to frame problem statements and design AI/ML-driven solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Execute end-to-end AI/ML projects, from data exploration and model development to validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Build and optimize models in areas such as machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI, ensuring they are production-ready and scalable.
Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to ensure reliable data pipelines, reproducibility, and automation in ML workflows.
Apply best practices in model development, CI/CD, and performance tracking.
Communicate findings and technical outputs through clear visualizations, reports, and discussions with stakeholders.
3–6 years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise or large-scale environments.
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and PySpark, with experience working on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and tools such as Databricks, Synapse, or ADF.
Practical experience in applied text analytics, NLP, or Generative AI, with exposure to production use cases.
Knowledge of model evaluation, optimization, bias mitigation, and monitoring.
Strong problem-solving mindset, scientific rigor, and the ability to connect technical work to business impact.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Prior exposure to the shipping and logistics domain is an advantage.
