About the Role

AIA Management Associate program is an 18-month journey designed to shape the future leaders. Explore different career tracks, gain real experience and accelerate your career.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree with up to 3 years of experience.
  • GPA Requirements: ≥ 3.00
  • Competencies: Leadership potential, innovation & curiosity, collaboration, resilience, critical thinking, problem solving, and growth mindset.
  • Skills: Proficient in English (verbal & written), digitally literate.
  • Mobility: Open to cross-functional roles and relocation across Indonesia.

Selection Phase:

  • Online application
  • Assessment
  • Leaderless Group Discussion & Behavioral Interview
  • Panel Assessment
  • Offering & Sign Agreement
  • Onboarding

Target Onboarding:

  • 1 December 2025

Program Timeline:

  • Month 1: Onboarding
  • Month 2-6: Rotation in All Functions
  • Month 7-10: Deep Dive Track 1
  • Month 11-14: Deep Dive Track 2
  • Month 15-18: Deep Dive Track 3
  • Graduation
