Qualifications:

• Purpose of Role: Accelerate time‑to‑value for Klarity Architect customers by owning post‑go‑live adoption and supporting Sales on the pre‑sales journey. This role serves as a bridge between Sales and Customer Success, focusing on translating field learnings into customer journey and product improvements.
