We're seeking a tech-savvy Operations Associate to supervise AI agents supporting healthcare clinic operations. In this role, you'll monitor AI performance, handle edge cases, and help shape our platform based on real-world insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor AI agents handling healthcare clinic workflows
- Intervene when AI requires human judgment or encounters complex scenarios
- Identify patterns and provide feedback to improve AI performance
- Collaborate with product team to enhance platform functionality
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in AI-assisted tasks
Requirements:
- Strong comfort level with technology and learning new software systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during afternoon/evening hours (2-9pm PST)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Healthcare EMR experience (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.) is a plus
