We’re looking for a nontraditional, high-curiosity builder to help shape the next generation of our GTM engine, someone who thrives on turning messy data, manual workflows, and disconnected systems into intelligent, automated growth loops.
Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations. The role is the AI brain of the GTM, building the intelligence, workflows, and automation that make every motion smarter and faster.
This isn’t a back-office ops job. You’ll be the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and data. And you will be building the AI foundation that powers how GTM operates, learns, and scales. The ceiling doesn’t exist here — this role will grow as fast as you do.

Pay Transparancy
Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for sales commission or incentive compensation based on the role or function within the company.
