About the Role

We are looking for an innovative AI Content Optimization Lead to drive AI ideation and workflow integration in Practical Guidance content within Global Editorial Operations. You will conceptualize AI opportunities and turn them into actionable strategies to enhance the quality, speed, and scalability of content creation through AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline and enhance existing editorial workflows, driving efficiency, scalability, and quality across global content operations

  • Support the development and execution of strategies for AI-assisted Practical Guidance workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product strategy, product management, engineering, business analysts, subject matter experts, and project management to prioritize opportunities and execute on AI content optimization from ideation to deployment on a global scale

  • Oversee the integration of AI solutions for global deployment across North America, UK, and Asia-Pacific, ensuring seamless integration into workflows, tools, and platforms

  • Communicate progress and outcomes to internal teams, senior leadership, and key stakeholders, using data to provide clear insights and support decision-making

  • Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive intelligence, and best practices in AI and content generation, with a focus on global applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; legal degree (JD) preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in content/publishing, project management, or product development

  • Extensive experience in legal content required

  • Experience utilizing AI/automation in content optimization

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, preferably in a global context

  • Familiarity with AI technologies, such as large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP) techniques, and machine learning applications; experience utilizing AI/automation in content optimization preferred

  • Highly proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to report insights and progress to stakeholders

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and global teams

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a results-driven mindset

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $93,400 - $155,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Ohio, the pay range is $88,700 - $147,900.
