The Role

Reporting to the Manager of IT AI Development, this role blends project management, stakeholder engagement, and internal enablement. You’ll partner with business units to identify AI and automation opportunities, translate them into practical solutions, and promote adoption through education and internal roadshows. As a key advocate for innovation, you’ll help drive organizational transformation. In addition, this role will develop solutions using low-code/no-code platforms—such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate—when appropriate and fit for purpose based on the requirements gathered.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with internal business units to identify AI and automation opportunities and gather functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for AI and automation solutions.
  • AI Evangelism & Roadshows: Organize and lead internal roadshows to showcase AI milestones and success stories.
  • Champion the AI & Automation team’s efforts to drive awareness and adoption across departments.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on AI principles, responsible use, and practical applications.
  • Implement AI and automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
  • Help manage small to mid-sized AI/automation projects from ideation to deployment.
  • Monitor solution performance and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends to inform future initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, automation, or AI solution development.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and empowering others through technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in business support services.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based AI and automation services such as Microsoft CoPilot Studio and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and IT service management.
  • Familiarity with data protection, security compliance, and intelligent data management.
  • Understanding of AI concepts such as natural language processing, machine learning, and responsible AI.
