Responsibilities:
Engineer comprehensive tooling solutions that support Agile delivery frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and ITIL service management best practices
Support JTMS’ DevOps, Tools, enterprise architecture, and application development frameworks.
Provide technology leadership to drive collaboration and integration of Agile & ITIL tools that deliver large-scale mission impact.
Evaluate, select, and implement tools that enable seamless workflows across the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and operations
Design integration strategies between disparate systems to create cohesive toolchains that support DevOps practices and ITIL processes
Partner with Government Stakeholders, ART Leadership, Agile teams and IT service managers to understand requirements, implement solutions and if necessary, define technology migration strategies.
Create implementation roadmaps for tools adoption.
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate tool capabilities against organizational needs
Provide technical consultation on tools optimization, automation opportunities, and emerging technologies
Coach teams on effective tool usage that aligns with Agile principles and ITIL frameworks
Establish and maintain comprehensive, current documentation for all tool implementations, integrations, and processes
Develop dashboards and visualization solutions that effectively communicate performance metrics to various stakeholder groups
Create automated reporting mechanisms that consolidate data from multiple tools to provide holistic views of delivery and operational performance
Create and update process documentation to ensure alignment between tools and organizational practices
Qualifications:
Required:
Secret security clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain required clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or related field of study (Combination of education and additional years of experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree)
5+ years of experience leading solution delivery focused on collaborative development tools, such as Atlassian, GitLab, ServiceNow for US Government and/or large-scale enterprises customers.
5+ years of SAFe or large-scale Agile delivery experience
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and practical implementation experience
ITIL 4 certification with demonstrated experience implementing ITIL practices
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices
Desired:
Active Secret security clearance
Prior Service Now Admin Experience for SPM, EAP and Agile 2.0 Modules
Experience with implementing DevOps with ERP

The proposed salary range for this position is:
