General Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously refine pricing models and strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and long-term profitability while supporting brand positioning.
Identify and execute improvement opportunities within existing promotional campaigns, ensuring that solutions are both pragmatic and within budgetary constraints.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing decisions and objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer insights, proactively communicating key changes and preparing the business for evolving competitive conditions.
Maintain and enhance the pricing database and analytical tools to ensure accuracy, transparency, and process compliance.
Leverage data analytics to guide pricing decisions, support strategic planning, and ensure optimal market positioning.
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Additional Skills/ Experience
Automotive Aftermarket experience with a focus on pricing strategies for hardware and software preferred
Travel up to 15% international or domestic

Base Salary Range:
$98,400.00 - $135,300.00At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.
