The Role: Advisor, Shared Services, Accounts Payable
Responsible for the Accounts Payable. The full cycle of the accounts payable process includes receiving the invoice from the vendor, matching/validating the PO and the invoice. In addition, process payments to the vendor in a timely and accurate manner to keep good relationships with suppliers.
What You’ll Do:
Process invoice matching and verification against purchase orders and goods receipts.
Communicate with vendors, respond to inquiries, and reconcile supplier statements.
Investigate and resolve invoice and GR/IR discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and SOX controls.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
What We Seek:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Ability to make decisions and problem solve based on SAP knowledge and in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the Accounts Payable team, Finance department and overall organization.
