Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships across a portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities and pursue new business leads, increasing revenue through strategic initiatives such as expansion and pricing optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Category Management) to design and execute strategic plans that support customer growth, cost efficiency, and business ease.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, manage tenders, and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Monitor account performance through key metrics and customer feedback (e.g., NPS), implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
  • Oversee the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with CHEP’s policies and recovering any outstanding equipment fees.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at reducing transport costs and improving supply chain efficiency, driving value for customers and optimizing operational processes.
  • Support the integration of sustainability initiatives with customers, contributing to CHEP’s broader corporate social responsibility objectives.

Ejecutivo Comercial Advisor – Chile

Propósito del Rol:

  • El Ejecutivo Comercial Advisor lidera la relación estratégica con clientes B2B, evolucionando desde una gestión transaccional hacia una asesoría basada en datos digitales e IoT. Su objetivo es anticipar necesidades, identificar oportunidades y entregar recomendaciones personalizadas que generen valor sostenible.
  • Actúa como nexo entre CHEP y el cliente, alineando objetivos comerciales y operacionales, y promoviendo el crecimiento y eficiencia del portafolio mediante una mirada consultiva, analítica y proactiva.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Gestionar relaciones comerciales con enfoque consultivo y estratégico.
  • Analizar KPIs operativos, financieros y digitales para proponer acciones preventivas.
  • Detectar oportunidades de negocio y liderar negociaciones comerciales.
  • Monitorear la salud de cuentas y rentabilidad, proponiendo mejoras continuas.
  • Liderar presentaciones ejecutivas (Business Reviews, Sustentabilidad).
  • Colaborar con equipos internos para diseñar e implementar soluciones a medida.
  • Negociar contratos, renovaciones y acuerdos: liderar negociaciones cuidando condiciones comerciales, márgenes y plazos, buscando acuerdos beneficiosos para ambas partes

Competencias Relevantes:

  • Interpersonales: Escucha activa, pensamiento estratégico, negociación, adaptabilidad y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Técnicas: Análisis de datos (Excel, Power BI), CRM (Salesforce), conocimientos financieros (P&L, ROI), herramientas digitales y comprensión de tecnologías IoT.

Requisitos del Cargo:

  • Formación: Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en roles comerciales B2B y al menos 1 año en gestión de cuentas o venta consultiva.
  • Inglés intermedio necesario
  • Experiencia deseable en industrias como logística, supply chain o bienes de consumo.

  • Generación de oportunidades basadas en análisis de datos.
  • Conversión efectiva de propuestas comerciales.
  • NPS y satisfacción del cliente.
  • Cumplimiento de forecast y rentabilidad por cliente.
  • Participación activa en iniciativas de innovación comercial.
