Williamsburg Learning is hiring part-time Roaming Guides for our Adventures Program in Salt Lake County, Utah. These guides are our flexible field mentors—jumping into new groups, supporting where needed, and bringing calm confidence to students with IEPs/504s who benefit from extra support. This isn't just a gig; it's a mission-driven opportunity to help teens become principled leaders through outdoor and experiential learning.

Why This Role Exists

Leadership Adventures (Elective credit): Group challenges, service, college visits, and cultural outings.
Roaming Guides ensure every student thrives—especially those who need gentle redirection, inclusive support, and extra encouragement to stay engaged. You'll float between teams, stepping in where needed most to support both students and staff.
