About the role
- Deep dives into our customers' business cases, data, and constraints and ensures the optimal usage of Appier’s AI-empowered ad solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Appier’s ad solutions: you are familiar with all of the details from development, service operation to the sales strategy.
- Work with Product and HQ’s Technical Solutions teams to support successful adoption of Appier's solutions, including providing appropriate documentation, technical guidance.
- Develop solutions for customers by working out existing product upon data integration, service application recommendations
- Discuss the product definition, implementation, operation and clarify issues with customer and consolidate the feedbacks to product team on behalf of the customer
- Optimize business outcomes for customers by leveraging Appier’s AI and data assets
Responsibilities
- Work independently and collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to drive growth in the US market.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring timely and successful adoption of our solutions.
- Provide ongoing client support by understanding their current status and proactively following up throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare clear technical specifications and documentation to guide developers and ensure smooth implementation.
- Create user guides and training materials to support product operation and client enablement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through close communication with developers and internal teams.
- Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations and visualize or analyze data.
- Query and analyze data to generate actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate feature enhancement requests, coordinating with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery.
About you
[Essential]
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English (Native level).
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and logically.
- Proven research and summarization capabilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing SQL queries for data retrieval from databases.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, coupled with self-motivation and independent learning abilities.
- 2+ years Experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
[Nice to have]
- Familiarity with ad tracking methodologies.
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant position (Technical Solution Engineer/Technical Consultant).
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with data mining projects and a strong understanding of leveraging data to inform executive business decisions.
- Potential for conducting advanced data analysis and high-level consultation.
- Ability to read and comprehend Javascript code.
- Experience in iOS or Android application development.
- Capability to perform maintenance and debugging tasks for Web and App SDK-related solutions.
