Ads P&E Head of Product Design and UXRole and Responsibilities
Background/Experience:
● Bachelor’s/master’s degree in design, HCI or equivalent with 15+ years’ experience
● 10+ years’ experience in leading and managing medium to large-sized multi-disciplinary
UX teams
● B2B advertising software experience required
● Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining successful, influential working
relationships at all levels of an organization
● Experience managing remote and distributed teams
● Comfortable with ambiguity and pivoting when needed
● Demonstrated experience driving change, being open to new possibilities, and focusing
on business impact
● Demonstrated a history of balancing business requirements, technological capabilities,
and user insights to deliver great products
● Demonstrated history of ensuring highly collaborate and iterative solution design across
functions during product development
● Solid understanding of existing and emerging technologies, their boundaries, and how
they apply in the context of consumer products
● Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and generate enthusiasm among senior stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA, is expected to be between $280,000 ~ $300,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
