The Position

Job Purpose

As an Administrator within the Stock & Instruments team at NDC, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse and administrative operations. You’ll ensure accurate outbound delivery processing, data monitoring, and reporting to maintain high-quality standards and operational efficiency. This position is vital to sustaining the smooth flow of supply chain activities across the NDC network.

The Opportunity

  • Coordinate and execute outbound delivery processing, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion of daily operational tasks.

  • Monitor SAP systems and performance indicators to meet warehouse quality and distribution standards.

  • Generate and analyze KPI reports to support management in performance tracking and decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Operations and other internal teams to resolve exceptions and maintain delivery excellence.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Stock & Instruments Manager, including training and backup coverage for key roles.

Who You Are

  • You have experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations, ideally with exposure to SAP systems.

  • You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple operational priorities.

  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • You are proactive, flexible, and solution-focused, able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Additional Information

  • Location: Office & Warehouse Floor based role  (NDC)

  • Working hours: Morning shift

  • Note: We are looking to fill this position urgently, as a valued team member is retiring at the end of December. Therefore, preference will be given to candidates who are available to start immediately or within a short notice period
