Overview:
Sentara is hiring an Administrative Supervisor for Rehab Outpatient Therapy
As an Administrative Supervisor for Rehab you will provide guidance and oversight to Administrative Teams at Out Patient Rehab front desks to ensure standardization and compliance with policies, procedures and processes. Will also provide front desk coverage to ensure operations are not impacted during times of PTO or call-outs.
Education
- High School or Equivalent
- Associate Degree/Bachelor Degree preferred
Experience
- Three years related experience in a hospital or medical office setting. Experience in rehabilitation patient financial services preferred. Previous supervisory experience required.
Requires flexibility, the ability to multitask and travel within assigned region. Ability to make periodic rotations to assigned locations. Extensive computer knowledge (MS word, Excel, Access, Power point). Knowledge of SharePoint desired. Experience with patient scheduling, registration, insurance authorization, billing, reimbursement and claims follow-up preferred. Assists with therapy outpatient network marketing and public relations as requested by rehab leadership.
