Job Description:

Under limited supervision provides project management support and administrative services to the leadership of the Office of the CMO. All functions will be designed to advance movement in quality, safety, and patient experience within OUH.

Essential Responsibilities:  

  • Effectively manages a variety of projects using multiple sources of data analytics to ensure quality, safety and patient experience goals are achieved
  • Creates project plans, tracks milestones, and coordinates resources related to CMO efforts
  • Coordinates meetings and manages communication plans to ensure key stakeholders are involved and informed about projects
  • Develops and maintains project management tools that provide transparency and accountability tracking outcomes
  • Tracks CMO committee deliverables, develops and maintains Power Point and other appropriate reports for CMO committees
  • Maintains CMO communications channels regarding updates and/or changes affecting clinical care

General Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare, Public Health, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

2 or more years of experience in managing / leading multiple projects.

Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required:

None

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems effectively and manage multiple high priority deliverables.
  • Demonstrated business acumen. Must be a strategic thinker, self-motivated and have excellent problem solving and project management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
