About the Role
- When required, man the helpdesk hotline during office hour, record fault calls and activate operation team to respond.
- Update ITeFM / CMMS on fault call status, service reports, printing QR Tags, and other administrative tasks;
- Track and generate reports such KPI, fault call statistics, Fire cert renewal status, etc.
- On site record management for MSD clearance, service reports, licenses, contact list, etc
- Submit MSD clearance for staffs and contractors, and apply for weekend clearance.
- Liaise with IT department to provide general office administration support to the site team.
- Assist on financial claim and expense tracking.
- Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
- Perform any related duties as required and directed.
About You
- O' Levels or NITEC;
- 2 years of Admin Assistant, Helpdesk, or FM working experience.
- Candidates who have basic computer skills, and are familiar with Microsoft Office will be at an advantage.
