Administrative Manager - Children’s Clinical Service Line at NewYork-Presbyterian

The manager will lead the implementation of projects prioritized by the Service Line Director to achieve NYP's goals for the children’s service line. This role will collaborate with staff from hospital operations, finance, marketing, planning and medical staff to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Projects include: Patient Flow improvement, billing process improvement, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction improvement, supply chain management, business planning and program implementation.

This position is full-time Monday - Friday

Preferred Criteria

  • Completed or in progress advanced degree in health care management

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years progressive health care management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Excel, data analysis and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
