  • Provide comprehensive operational support to senior leaders, managing complex, high-volume international travel logistics, high-stakes calendar scheduling, and detailed preparation for external customer and media engagements.
  • Work closely with managers and central finance to coordinate regional budgets, draft and secure spending approvals, and manage all operational expenses, including Purchase Order (PO) creation and processing of team-related spend.
  • Maintain team organisational elements (org charts, email distribution lists) and provide essential support to the recruiting pipeline by coordinating agency communication and managing critical candidate follow-up to finalize key hires.

About You:

  • You've supported multiple senior leaders in Enterprise Software (VP, C-Suite) for 6+ years, with a strong focus on project or program management.
  • You have demonstrated experience in end-to-end execution of large-scale, international events (e.g., QBRs, SKOs) with 100+ participants.
  • You have practical experience managing budget tracking, expense processing, and PO creation in a corporate environment.
  • You possess an expert understanding of the highly flexible nature of support work and are comfortable with the required in-office schedule.
