Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital Administration is hiring a Full-time, Day Shift, Administrative Assistant II.
Full-time, Day Shift hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks aimed to optimize the time and performance of a manager or employees of a department; higher level roles will work for higher level managers or departments. Tasks may involve acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments, preparing documents or reports, and controlling access to the manager or the department. May involve dealing with confidential information.

Education
High School Grad or Equivalent Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience
Executive Assistant experience preferred
4-6 Months Basic Experience of Simple Office / Operational Systems Required, with 1 to 2 years of experience preferred
Excellent Customer Service Experience preferred
Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Experience preferred
Administrative Medical Office Experience preferred
