The Opportunity
This position works out of our Tbilisi, Georgia location in the Established Pharmaceuticals business.
As the Administrative and regulatory affairs assistant, you’ll have the chance to provide assistance and support to the country manager and other members of the company by handling day to day administrative tasks and contributing to the department projects and regulatory affairs projects.
What You’ll Do
• Provide administrative services for all members of the company.
• Sending correspondence
• Preparing orders
• Office support (stationery, paper, water, tea, coffee, milk, organization of equipment repair, refilling cartridges, organization of office cleaning, minor repairs)
• Preparation of invoices for payment to the accounting department
• Organization of business trips for employees within the country and outside the country drawing up contracts, their approval in the UDA system, sending them for signature, entering contracts into 1C, creating PRs, creating some reporting
• Communication with existing suppliers, execution of all documents and procedures in accordance with the policy and requirements of Purchasing
• Prepare registration dossiers
• Providing local support on safety issues
Required Qualifications
• Education: University degree.
• Experience: At least 1 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Fluency in Russian, Georgian, Intermediate English.
• Efficient Computer Skills (MS Office)
• Attentiveness to details, communication skills, organizational skills
