We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and monitoring various tasks and projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
One Stop Centre (myRemedy) Task Management:
Coordinate and assign tasks to respective PICs.
Track and follow up with PICs, providing weekly updates via email.
Monitor updates with the teams.
Departmental Administrative Tasks:
Manage Remedy, Travel, Email enquiries, and activities.
Ensure 95% timely updates and 100% accuracy of information.
Maintain accurate shared file information.
Budget Management:
Manage overall department budget/cost, LVP, PR/PO, and timely GR.
Ensure compliance with procurement/finance policy.
Track and manage contractor and contract management as per Maxis/CS requirements.
Contract Management:
Track all OPEX/CAPEX usage.
Track all contract expiry and ACV usage.
ID Management:
Ensure ID tag operability, processing, delivery, and collection.
Provide support for door access and ID management.
Additional Tasks:
Coordinate with Network Team on security-related theft cases.
Collaborate with HR to refine and implement new destruction processes.
Work with ISD to revamp myRemedy forms.
Support S&S team in payment processing.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
